This is a gentle 30-minute space to pause, arrive, and reconnect with yourself.


Together, we’ll slow down from the pace of daily life and enter a field of presence through mindfulness, heart awareness, and simple embodied practices. 


You’re invited to come exactly as you are, 

with nothing to fix or change.


This time is an offering to rest the mind, soften the body, and nurture qualities of the heart such as kindness, compassion, and gratitude.

I trained with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and have practiced within Buddhist traditions including Vipassana, Zen, and Plum Village. My work is also deeply informed by Peruvian ancestral wisdom, somatic awareness, and a lifelong connection with nature.


I co-founded together with Ana Loret de Mola: Mindfulness Peru in 2010 and bring over 15 years of experience offering programs for companies and schools, retreats, workshops, and mentoring spaces. During 4 years, I served as a teacher and mentor in Banyantogether.com, a global mindfulness community.


I travelled the world for 10 years working as a chef and wellness chef. In these days I still cook in retreats and I offer culinary experiences for travellers that come to Peru.


I live in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where relationships, nature, ancient wisdom & contemporary knowledge continue to shape my path.
